Delivery and Returns

Order Delivery

Our warehouse works 24/7 so as soon as your order is placed we will get on with picking and packing it for you. This does however mean that once an order is placed you can't cancel it, but don't worry as we offer a free returns service if you do need to return your items after ordering. We use DPD as our courier so once it's on it's way to you you'll receive a text message confirming your estimated delivery date, you will also have the option to amend your delivery date, time and even location at this point. Standard delivery normally takes 3 working days, but please allow a little longer during busy periods and holidays.

 

Delivery Options

We currently offer 2 delivery options:

 
  • Standard - £3.99 - which normally arrives in 2-3 working days
  • Next Working Day Delivery (order before 8pm) - £4.99 Working Days are classed as Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays. If you order before 8pm Monday-Thursday, your order will be delivered the next working day. For orders after 8pm on Thursday and before 8pm on Friday you will receive your order on the following Monday. If you order on a Friday after 8pm or on a Saturday or Sunday it will be delivered on the Tuesday. Next Day Delivery is unavailable for Scottish Highlands & Islands and samples
 

Upon receipt of our items

All orders are checked at our premises before they are dispatched to ensure that they meet our high quality of standards. Once your product is delivered please check your products for colour, design, quality and any imperfections (all wallpaper should be checked before being cut, once the wallpaper has been cut we are unable to accept return of the item).

 

If you have any issues regarding your order please feel free to contact us at Wallpaper It Customer Services and we will get back to you as soon as possible (normally within 24 hrs).

 

We shall have no liability to you in respect of any delay or failure to deliver a product due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) delay or failure caused by adverse weather, strikes or transport problems

 

Returns

We offer a free returns service which can be used up to 30 days from receipt of your delivery, the returns label will be included with the original delivery so please just attach to the original delivery box and take back to a DPD Drop off shop you can find your nearest at DPD Shop Finder, all we ask is that you return the items in a saleable condition, so please don't remove the outer packaging, and once we receive the order and check the item we will refund you within 7 days, we will contact you directly if there are any issues.
