We are taking the COVID-19 situation very seriously at Wallpaper IT and as the situation continues to change rapidly, we wanted to let you know that the safety of our customers, colleagues and partners worldwide are our highest priority and we feel it’s important to share some of the steps we’re taking to keep things running as normal as possible for you our customers.

 

We are paying close attention to developments and revising our plans as we get new information and advice from the Government and World Health Organisation.

 

Our retail stores, factory and distribution centre currently remain open and are operating to an increased level of hygiene standards and our office teams are either working from home or operating split teams to reduce numbers in the workspace.

 

We’re still open on wallpaper-it.com and across our social channels. We’re here for you if you want to shop, browse or just need a bit of colour and design inspiration, or decorative advice.

 

The Wallpaper-IT team are still working hard, putting the best ranges of wallpapers at the right price and ensuring you still have the tools to complete your projects you are about to undertake. We are committed to getting your deliveries to you and our delivery partners deliveries are contactless.

 

We want to be there for you, just as you have been for us. To help make things a little easier, we’re adapting our online policy to increase the times to return any goods from 30 up to 90 days after purchase (excluding custom made products).

We not only try to provide you with the best quality wallpapers at an affordable price, we also strive to offer the best possible customer service to our customers, so if you have a query regarding placing your order or have any questions about a particular product our team are here to help guide you through the purchase process.

 

Once you've made your purchase you can also speak to us if you have any concerns about decorating itself, we have a wealth of experience in our team who will be more than happy to help guide you through the process and make sure you are happy with the end results.

Outside of office hours there is an answer phone system for you to leave a message, and one of our team will contact you as soon as possible.
